Does Kelly only place people in temporary assignments?

No. In addition to temporary assignments with a start and end date, Kelly can place you in a "temporary-to-hire" assignment where you start as a Kelly temporary employee for a period of time that allows both you and the company to evaluate the fit. If there is mutual interest, the company will hire you as their employee. We also have direct placement opportunities where we find a job that meets your career interests and place you directly as an employee of the client company.
